Directions

From the boat dock at St. Bartholomä on Lake Königssee, head toward the Berchtesgaden National Park information point, where you'll also find an accessible restroom. From there, follow Trail No. 443. The trail first leads through a short stretch of forest before turning right toward the lakeshore, where you'll find benches to rest and enjoy the view. Continue along the trail back to St. Bartholomä Church.

If you have extra time, continue on Trail No. 446 to the bridge over Eisgraben creek. This section of the trail is also accessible. From the bridge, you can also take a look at the small woodland chapel of St. John and St. Paul.
