Sledding & tobogganing
Our toboggan runs in the Berchtesgaden regionSledding has a long tradition in Berchtesgaden. In the past, mountain farmers used sleds to get down into the valley quickly—today, it’s all about the thrill. And you’ll find plenty of it on miles of toboggan runs winding through snow-covered alpine landscapes.
In Berchtesgaden, you race down runs of varying lengths and difficulty levels. At “Hirscheckblitz” in Ramsau, an official mountaineering village, on “Jennerhex” in Schönau a. Königssee, and at Obersalzberg, you comfortably glide up to the summit via chairlift or cable car before the real fun begins.
