At Hochschwarzeck, the ski paradise for young and old in the mountaineering village of Ramsau, you can expect ideal conditions to become an expert: Easy and well-groomed slopes in the middle of a fantastic mountain landscape.
A chairlift, the Hirscheckbahn, and 2 T-bar lifts, the Schmuckenlift and the Fronwieslift, provide access to 3 runs ranging from easy to medium difficulty.Since the 2022/2023 winter season, there has also been a children's lift at the Schmuckenlift, which can be used free of charge. The slopes at Hochschwarzeck are not artificially snow-covered; all runs are groomed exclusively with natural snow. The current conditions can be found in the snow report.
Family tip: free children's lift
There is a free children's lift for the youngest skiers at hochschwarzeck. True to the motto "Movement for children", the little ones have the opportunity to learn to ski here. Of course, parents or those accompanying the little ones also ski free of charge. The beginners' lift is located right next to the Schmuckenlift.
