125 years of the Königssee Fire Departmen

125 years of the Königssee Fire Department, 40 years of the music and youth brigade, and 25 years of the support association.

From August 19 to 23, 2026, the big fire department festival will take place at the parking lot in Königssee.

The festival begins on Wednesday, August 19, with the event “Spritzenhausparty goes Zelt” (Fire Station Party Goes Tent). On Thursday, August 20, the festivities will continue with the “Tag der Betriebe” (Company Day) together with the Berchtesgadener Buam. The tent will open at 5 p.m., and table reservations are required.

On Friday, August 21, the tent will open at 2 p.m. with the “Saugschlauchmusi” (Suction Hose Music). Admission for the “Saustoimusi” concert begins at 6:30 p.m., tickets are available in advance from Ticket Scharf.

On Saturday, August 22, Family Day starts at 10:30 a.m. with a vintage fire engine meet-up. This is followed by the festival evening at 7 p.m.

The festivities will conclude on Sunday, August 23, with a grand celebration day and parade.
