Our mountain farm is located on a sunny, south-facing hill above the Ramsau valley with a magnificent panoramic view over the mountains of the Berchtesgaden Alps. Our house, the Thomanhof - surrounded by meadows and forests - is an ideal starting point for walks near the valley as well as for hikes and for extended mountain tours in the Berchtesgaden National Park. In a short time you can also reach the surrounding towns of the Berchtesgadener Land with their famous excursion destinations, such as Königssee, Jenner, Kehlsteinhaus or Berchtesgaden. The Mozart city Salzburg is only 30 km away. For winter guests the Thomanhof is ideally situated: The Hochschwarzeck ski center with the chairlift to Hirscheck and several lifts and a cross-country ski trail can be reached in a few minutes.
