Located at the foot of the Watzmann, our child-friendly house offers the ideal starting point for your excursions and hikes. The 80 sqm vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor with all-round balcony in a sunny south-facing position with a view of the mountain panorama. It has 3 separate bedrooms, eat-in kitchen with dining area (for 5 people), bathroom, shower, 2 toilets, TV, refrigerator, oven. Parking spaces directly at the house. Our house is located on the famous Soleleitungsweg (hiking trail).We have a central location. It is only about 5 km to Berchtesgaden, to the center of Bischofswiesen, Königssee, Ramsau.To the bus stop Ilsank it is about 3 minutes walk. Two restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (3-5 minutes). Ideal for train and air travelers: to the train station Berchtesgaden it is about 5 km, to the airport Salzburg about 25 km. For winter sports enthusiasts, the ski resorts Jenner (5 km), Götschen (4km), Roßfeld (8 km) are in pleasant proximity.Bad Reichenhall is 20 km and Salzburg is 25 km away.
