Welcome to the climatic health resort Schönau am Königssee. Our house is located in a central, sunny and quiet location in the Alpine National Park Berchtesgaden. It is surrounded by meadows with a view of the magnificent mountain panorama of the Berchtesgaden Alps with the famous Watzmann. Short distances to the main facilities and amenities such as shopping, restaurants, Haus des Gastes, graduation house with Kneipp facility and bus connections. A bakery is located directly in the neighboring street. Your vacation apartment is the starting point for many interesting hikes and activities in Berchtesgaden. In only about 15 minutes walk you can reach the picturesque Königssee with the famous Echo and the pilgrimage church of St. Bartholomä as well as the Jenner which is a popular hiking destination in summer and the largest ski area in the Berchtesgadener Land in winter. Only a few meters away is a cross-country ski trail in winter, which runs through the entire municipal area. Our vacation apartment is wheelchair accessible.
