Our house, built in 1935, is located in a quiet and sunny southeast location on the outskirts of the town center of Berchtesgaden. The access to our house is completely problem-free even in winter. A parking space for your car directly at the house is available. Due to the central location you can leave your car with us, or arrive directly by train. The local buses can be used free of charge with the guest card! In about 5 minutes you can reach the supermarket (fresh rolls), the ice stadium, the indoor swimming pool Watzmann Therme or the salt mine with visitor tour and healing gallery (therapy of respiratory diseases). In about 15 minutes you can reach the center of Berchtesgaden with pedestrian zone, spa center and the castle square (castle of the Wittelsbach dukes). The bus stop - Watzmann Therme - (connections in the direction of Oberau, Mozart's city of Salzburg and the train station with various transfer possibilities, e.g. in the direction of Schönau-Königssee, Ramsau, Bad Reichenhall) is 5 min away on foot. Around the corner from us is the bus stop - Plenk Verlag. The line leads to the train station, to the center of the village or also to Maria Gern.
