Our cozy apartment for up to 5 people is within walking distance to Berchtesgaden's center and yet quietly located.The apartment is located on the third floor of a multi-family house and offers from its large balcony with seating, which is accessible from the bedroom and living room, a view of the opposite Soleleitungsweg and the Protestant Christ Church.The 55sqm apartment has a spacious bedroom with double bed (180cm x 200cm) and pull-out sleeping couch (160cm x 200cm), as well as a closet, bedside tables and a large chest of drawers. In addition, there is the possibility to use a children's travel bed if needed. The beds are always made for the guests. The living and dining room is equipped with a large dining table, which includes 5 chairs and a children's high chair, a wall unit and a comfortable couch, which can also be converted into a sofa bed (140cm x 200cm) to sleep 5. Both living room and bedroom have a TV - set in the living room is also a DVD - player.The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove (ceramic hob), oven, microwave, Senseo - coffee pad machine, hot water kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils (cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots, pans, etc..)In the modern bathroom are shower, toilet, sink, towel radiator, mirror cabinet, washing machine, hairdryer and the initial equipment of towels.In the entrance area are a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for further storage space available. There is also a mini golf course and several churches in the immediate vicinity.Just a few minutes walk away is a cinema, the tourist information, the train station and several shopping opportunities.
