The vacation apartment is located in its own annex in Haus Grundbichl only 500 m from Königssee. The house is quiet, but centrally located. From the FeWo with the small terrace you have a wonderful view of the surrounding Berchtesgaden Alps. Directly in front of the house start the hiking trails to the Grünstein and Watzmann, not far away those in Göllgebiet, Hagengebirge or Steineres Meer. In less than 10 minutes you can walk to the Königssee with the possibility to take a boat across the lake. More than 10 restaurants are within walking distance in less than 15 min. Also the internationally known Eis Arena Königssee (bobsleigh and toboggan run) and the Jennerbahn (cable car at 1800 m with magnificent views) are within easy walking distance.By car or public transport you can reach Berchtesgaden, the mountaineering village Ramsau or the other numerous destinations of the Berchtesgadener Land in a short time. Also the neighboring cities like Bad Reichenhall or Salzburg, with their numerous cultural offers you can reach after only about 30 min by car. In the winter months you can choose between skiing or snowboarding in the Jenner ski area (10 min walk), numerous cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs or cleared winter hiking trails.
