Hello dear vacation guest, below is some information about our vacation apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor of an art nouveau villa built in 1903. In our house water network is a "Grander water revitalization system". It was completely renovated in 2012 to 2015 and is available for a relaxing vacation in our house. Our house is located directly on the bike path (Lake Constance-Königssee bike path) in a very quiet yet central location with a beautiful view of the mountains " Hochstaufen, Zwiesel and the Teisenberg". You will find here an ideal starting point to the surrounding bathing lakes, for hikes, for bike and mountain tours as well as for one or the other excursion to Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall or to the Königsee. The village center with shopping facilities and several restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. An in-house shuttle service to the train station / airport is available by prior arrangement. Also directly at the house we offer you a car parking space in the carport. In addition, there are parking facilities for bicycles and strollers. Our art nouveau villa is a non-smoking house! Pets are not allowed. Furthermore, we would like to point out that we rent our vacation apartment exclusively to vacationers/holiday guests (no mechanics)!
