A large sunny balcony with comfortable garden furniture invites you to dine al fresco with mountain and garden views. The living/sleeping area has a swivel flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a games console. In the open, fully equipped kitchen, you will find a regular coffee machine as well as a fully automatic Delonghi coffee machine, toaster, smoothie maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob. In addition to the double bed (160 x 200 cm), the living/sleeping area has a functional couch that can also be used as a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with rain shower, WC, hairdryer and towels. We are happy to provide a cot and a high chair on request. In the small storage room next to the entrance you will find an ironing board, steam iron and cleaning accessories. In the basement there is a communal laundry room with a washing machine for your use. There is also a lockable cellar compartment with electricity connection for your e-bike/bikes and other sports equipment. Your car can be parked in your own underground parking space, and we will provide you with an automatic garage door opener.
