The house is a new building with a total of 7 apartments and was completed in July 2022. You live in one of the most beautiful locations in the Berchtesgadener Land and have peace and short distances at the same time. Two of the apartments are located on the 1st floor with spacious balconies. One apartment is on the ground floor with terrace and garden. The magnificent view of the mountains of Berchtesgaden will inspire you. Just like the furnishings and design of the apartments, which offer you, among other things, an LED lighting concept, real wood and natural stone elements, rainfall showers, high-quality equipped kitchens with fully automatic coffee machines and electrically adjustable slatted frames in the solid wood beds. Sustainable planning was carried out from the outset with a photovoltaic system including a battery storage system and a filling station for e-vehicles in the underground car park. The nearest bus stop is only 300 m or a 5-minute walk away. The first hiking trails start not far from the house and you can reach the Königssee in 4.5 km. Also only 5 minutes away on foot is a small café. The small village center of Oberschönau with bakery, butcher, kiosk and pub is 900 m away, the center of Schönau with among others tourist info, town hall, outdoor pool and pharmacy is a good 2 km away. The Schön-Klinik Berchtesgaden is also just 2.5 km away. Our guests have a wide range of inclusive services at their disposal, including WLAN, underground parking, washing machine, tumble dryer and lockable guest cellar.
