Almdorf Vorderbrand

The Almdorf Vorderbrand is situated in a dream location. The six breathtaking alpine huts are located at approx. 1078 m.a.s.l. in Schönau a. Königssee. Not quite at the top, but clearly above it. From each alpine hut you have a wonderful view of the valley basin of Berchtesgaden, framed by the mountain scenery. Only a few meters further up, you can also see the Königssee. It is a perfect starting point for many mountain and hiking tours. The middle station of the Jennerbahn can be reached with a walk of about 1 km. The Almdorf Vorderbrand offers six lovingly and comfortably furnished alpine huts. Of these, two smaller alpine huts with one bedroom and four larger alpine huts with two bedrooms. The alpine huts were built on a slope, so the huts stand lofty and one after the other, elevated in the terrain. The path to the huts is heated in winter and illuminated at night. Each hut has a spacious terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue, various seating options, as well as a whirlpool.In addition, each hut has a parking space canopy, as well as a mini-garage for bicycles, skis, sleds, etc.Sockets for e-bikes and charging stations for electric vehicles are also available.All huts have floor heating and a cozy gas fireplace.
