Your tour starts at the Seeklause parking lot below Seeklausköpfl. From there, hike to the Ramsauer Ache and cross the bridge to the other side. Keep left and follow the trail through the Zauberwald (Magic Forest), which soon runs along the shore of Lake Hintersee. At a junction, turn left onto Alte Hinterseer Straße, briefly join Triebenbachstraße, then immediately turn left again to continue along the lakeshore. If you like, you can make a detour to Gasthaus Seeklause located at the "Am See" road. Then pass Antonikapelle and continue to Alpenhof. Turn around here and retrace your route to the Zauberwald.
At the junction where you previously turned onto Alte Hinterseer Straße, continue straight ahead this time. Go straight at the next intersection as well, then keep right at the following junction. The trail now winds through the Zauberwald to the Ramsauer Ache. Cross the bridge and turn left on the other side. Cross another bridge to reach Wirtshaus im Zauberwald, where you can stop for food and refreshments.
After your break, retrace your steps to the bridge over the Ramsauer Ache. On the opposite bank, keep left and continue to the bridge you crossed at the beginning of the hike. From there, follow the familiar route back to the Seeklause parking lot.
