The modern Café Kaffeesatz in Schönau a. Königssee has 38 seats and a large sales room, which forms the center of the café. In the fireplace room with tiled stove you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere while in the second guest room a great mountain view awaits you. Here you also have the opportunity to access the partially covered terrace through a large glass door.

Master confectioner Martina Brandner

Martina Brandner is a master confectioner and head patissier in the 5* sector. After an apprenticeship as a bakery saleswoman and confectioner, Martina worked in Lüdenscheid and Rottweil am Neckar during her time as a journeyman. Martina's career as a patissier took her to Edinburgh in Scotland (La Maison de Patissier), Bad Reichenhall (Head Patissier at the Luisenbad spa hotel****), St. Moritz in Switzerland (Chef Patissier at the Cresta Palace****), Salzburg (Chef Patissier at the Riedenburg** gourmet restaurant) and Zürs am Arlberg (Chef Patissier at the Zürserhof*****), finally to the 1-year master school in Munich.
