Our house is located on the outskirts of Berchtesgaden at the foot of the Obersalzberg. From our house and the garden you can enjoy the view of the Watzmann group. Haus Kilian is surrounded by a wild kitchen garden and ornamental garden. Our guests are invited to harvest vegetables, fruits and herbs themselves. If you prefer to stretch your legs, you can make yourself comfortable on the sunbathing lawn under the apple trees - while the children have a table tennis match in front of the house.The Berchtesgaden National Park around the Königssee and the ski resorts on the Jenner or Götschen offer you, in addition to extraordinary nature experiences, a wide variety of opportunities for sports and leisure activities: whether alpine, cross-country and touring skiing in winter, or biking, hiking and swimming in the summer months. You can also reach the Watzmann thermal baths or the salt mine with the healing gallery in just 5 minutes on foot. Cultural variety is offered by the romantic town of Berchtesgaden, whose center is about a 15-minute walk away. If the town is too tranquil for you, you can reach the cultural stronghold of Salzburg in just 25 minutes by bus or car, with its well-known offerings in theater, opera and music.
